Part Returns

All returns/exchanges are welcome if receive back to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition*.

Buyers are more than welcome to change their mind in the first 14 days with no explanation required. The postage, charges and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer until the consignment reaches our returns team. The cost of a return will be covered by Progressive Parts in the case of a manufacturing fault or the incorrect product from the invoice has been supplied in error.

*Returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is deemed to have more use/damage than necessary for determining suitability a fee may be charged to re-stock the item. If the item is damaged beyond repair with clear signs of abuse, the product will be returned to you with no refund.

This process is in accordance with 21. Distance Selling in our Terms & Conditions and is deemed accepted when following the checkout procedure on our website to make a purchase.

Software Returns (Revo)

Revo offers a 30 day money-back guarantee which supersedes our stores 14-day return policy.

Any further returns after this time period are down to our discretions based on the circumstances. If you require a vehicle to be flashed back to stock for any reason please contact us, there is no charge for this procedure.


Can I return an order in person?

Of course, if it is more convenient to drop an order off at our Manchester Fitting Centre this is acceptable. This must be completed within 14 days


Non-returnable/sealed items

Some products carry a non-returnable status (marked clearly with a holographic seal), these products including electronics and any hardware deemed to affect the safety of a vehicle are unable to be returned if opened, tampered with, or have their seal broken. These products will always be able to be deemed suitable for use without removing their packaging and therefore do not comply with distant selling regulations/return procedures.
