If you want to return or exchange products, you can, as long as we receive them back to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition*.

We cannot accept returns for software changes to a vehicle. This includes OEM+ Stage 1, 2 and 3 remapping. We are more than happy to return a vehicle back to stock programming but no refund will be given.

Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty or wrongly supplied. All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we won’t process the refund and we’ll return it to you. *Resellable Condition – All original product contents are intact and unused in any way

Can I return an order in person?

Of course, if it is more convienient to drop an order off at our Manchester Fitting Centre this is acceptable.
