Check your eligibility

Before you apply please note you will only be considered for finance if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Are in regular full or part-time employment (minimum 16 hours per week or £5,000 per annum, unless you retired and receiving a private/company pension or in receipt of disability allowance);
  • Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years;
  • Have a good credit history with no late payments. debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.

Our Payment Options

We offer a range of interest-free and interest bearing finance options to help you spread the cost of your purchase over 6, 12, 24 or 36 months The value of the loan needs to be over £500 and you can choose a deposit of between 10% to 50% of the value of the goods.


1) I have been asked to go to Klarna’s site. Is this right?

If you have chosen to Buy Now, Pay Later then Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card within 30 days. If you do not pay Klarna within the grace period, late fees may apply.

2) How will I know if my payment goes through?

If you make a card payment during the checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Progressive Parts confirming your payment has been accepted. If you choose Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna then you will receive a confirmation email from Klarna with instructions on how to pay within 30 days.

3) Why have I not been offered Buy Now, Pay Later?

The offer to use Klarna’s Buy Now, Pay Later service is automatically generated based on algorithms driven by the information you provide in the checkout on Progressive Parts, including basket value, order history, item availability and more. This is not a credit check

It is also only available to those over 18 years of age. If you are not offered the Buy Now, Pay Later option you can still use the traditional card payment method.

Progressive Parts has no control over decisions made by Klarna so if you are not offered the service please take this up with them directly – you can visit their website or call 020 300 50833 Monday – Saturday 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM.

4) Does a credit search take place against me?

No. Neither Klarna nor Progressive Parts run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run a quotation search which is an enquiry which only you, and no other companies, can see and which does not affect credit scoring.

5) Can I pay over longer than 3 months and for higher value products?

This will be a welcome addition very soon… stand by!

6) What should I do if I want to return part or all of my order?

If you are close to your Buy Now, Pay Later due date and within our 14 day return period, you should contact us on [email protected] who will make any necessary adjustments to the statement and provide further help if needed.

7) I have received a statement and I don’t have my goods yet?

You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods without prior notification from us please call Progressive Parts on 0161 459 355 or email customer services so we can postpone the date.

8) How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take up to 5 working days.

9) What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

Just your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It’s very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so be liable for delayed payment fees.
