Customer Support & Parts Advisor

This is an exciting time to join Progressive Parts; we are enjoying a period of rapid growth and, as a result, are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our small (but growing!) team.
The Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be predominantly responsible for supporting our customer base new and old alike. Communicating effectively with 3rd party logistics partners and liaising internally with workshop and fulfilment teams.
What’s involved in the role?
- Communicating clearly and concisely via phone systems and internal CRM systems with customers.
- Utilising social media (where applicable) to communicate with prospective customers.
- Handling quotations and vehicle build packages prior to approval.
- Working with finance and lending tools.
- Using social and CRM tools to communicate in real-time with users (e.g. Live Chat and WhatsApp applications)
- Communicating with internal company contacts, suppliers, distributors and logistics partners.
- Assisting with internal inventory management and stock flow/processes.
Other Duties
- Supporting the Director with tasks as required (eg. liaising with potential customers via social media).
- Supporting the Director with administrative tasks relating to sponsorships and online advertising.
As we are a small team, there will be other duties, ad hoc, as per the requirements of the business.

Desirable:
- Experience with online CRM packages (Hubspot).
- Excellent copywriting skills, extended scope for creative writing/blogging.
- Experience within an Ecommerce, marketing, sales environments.
- Knowledge and passion for performance vehicles and modification.
