Delivery information


All deliveries must be checked upon receipt for accuracy of fulfilment, defects or other issues potentially experienced throughout transit.

We allow 48 hours for notification of these defects following delivery, after this the cooling off period remains at 14 days for returns, but the product is considered your responsibility as per clause 9.7 and any damage will be treated as such while in your care.

Please ensure somebody is present to receive the order at the designated shipping address.

Parcels are not always able to be left unattended in a ‘safe place’, with a neighbour or at local collection shops. Couriers will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel, at which point it will be returned to us if nobody is present to sign for the order. *Charges may apply.

Remember, the shipping address does not have to be your card billing address, we can deliver your goods to a place of work, family or friends… as long as someone is available to sign for the consignment. (Excludes PO boxes and freight forwarding services)

If you or an authorised person fail to take delivery/sign for a consignment. Progressive Parts reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us.

Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us.

If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.

In most instances delivery charges are based on the largest product class in the order and packaged together on a consignment basis. Please note we may deem it necessary to split orders for delivery. Next day delivery is usually achieved for items stocked at our Manchester warehouse but we do not offer this as a guaranteed service.

Please note, the following costs do not guarantee an express service, the cost is attributed to the consignment size/volume, not delivery speed. (prices include VAT.)

Delivery information


All products sold on are fulfilled with a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) status, an import tariff will apply to your order. This means you are charged 0% VAT by our website until the product lands in the destination country.

Your order will be released to the courier company for delivery by the Customs and Excise authorities as soon as the import duty has been paid.

*Failure to pay customs charges or rejection of goods will result in charges.

Customers will be contacted by the Customs and Excise authority in the destination country regarding payment prior to delivery, and it is important that correct contact telephone number and email information be submitted with the order to facilitate this part of the delivery process.

Typical payment methods include credit card or cheque; please contact your local Customs and Excise authority for accurate payment method information.

Please note; tariff charge criteria vary, and it is the responsibility of customers to investigate the possible charge with their local customs and excise authority.

All carriage costs and related administration for the return of the order to Progressive Parts will not be refunded in the event of import duty dispute and consequent order rejection.
