Heavy snow and ice affects our collection and delivery operation in the South of England and Scotland

Heavy snow continues to cause severe disruption and is impacting our collection and delivery operation throughout Scotland, while icy road conditions may affect deliveries in the South of England.

Our teams are working hard to minimise any delays and we will attempt delivery where possible.

All parcels in the South of England will go out for delivery today, however icy road conditions could impact these deliveries. For Scotland, some parcels are likely to incur a 24 hour delay.

We expect heavy snow and ice to continue for the rest of the week and we will keep monitoring the situation and provide further updates as necessary.

Delivery Information & Logistics

In most cases delivery charges are based on the largest product class in the order and packaged together on a consignment basis. Please note we may deem it necessary to split orders for delivery.

We maintain accurate stock levels where possible throughout the website, subject to stock and supplier availability.
Next day delivery is usually available for items stocked at our Manchester warehouse. Please note, the following costs do not guarantee this service, the cost is attributed to the consignment size/volume, not delivery speed.

Customs Clearance Charges (International)

A customs charge of £25 is required for all deliveries to Bosnia, Iceland, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland.

Re-sending Consignments

Progressive Parts reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason.
Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.

At Progressive Parts we want to be as clear and open about our business. We “source” the vast majority of parts on our website, some of the parts are made to order but most are available off the shelf from our warehouse or the manufacturers or distributors we have accounts with.

When available we have access to stock feeds and notifications which help us display accurate information on a products availability. These are usually updated twice daily, so please check back for up to date information on stock availability and lead times.

The majority of parts we source that are advertised on the website come from overseas suppliers, our focus and reputation is built on supplying high end performance parts from the best manufacturers of street and race products across the world. Lead times differ from product to product, for an approximate lead time or if you need a part urgently we recommend contacting us prior to purchasing through the website. Below is a guide to give you an approximate idea.

Drop Shipping

At our discretion, we may choose to drop ship your order either direct from a UK supplier. This is dependent on size and speed. If we arrange to drop ship an item it will be arranged through our import account and all vat and duty fees will be charged to our account, you only pay the price agreed in advance.

Weekend Delivery

Please contact us direct if you require Saturday Pre-12am or Pre-10am delivery, these are generated as a custom quote. Available to UK Mainland only.
