You will find the 2.0T EA888 Gen3b CZPC/DKZC engine nested in vehicles within the Volkswagen Audi Group. Including Audi A1 and Polo GTI (AW Mk6)
The 2.0T 200PS CZPC Gen3b has seen some substantial changes from the previous Gen3 variant to keep in line with the latest emissions laws and attain significant gains for fuel-efficiency. Along with the physical changes to the engine, these are controlled by a Bosch MG1 ECU.

Revo offers some of the most substantial performance increases on the market, however, only the driven know that peak figures form part of a much bigger picture and are never the sole focus during Revo’s development process; it’s all about the drive. Only Revo offers a perfect balance of performance, economy and engine longevity.
Revo performance ECU Software gives you much more than just an increase in power and torque. A large part of development is based on driving scenarios and feedback; our calibration doesn’t just offer great dyno curves and peak power/torque figures but an exhilarating driving experience. Expect smooth and refined response at low RPM & partial throttle, with huge gains at wide-open throttle and throughout the whole rev range.
The ECU and Revo software will be constantly monitoring the coolant temperature. On startup, this will reduce boost/torque whilst the engine and coolant warn up but will also limit torque if the coolant passes the set upper limit. This added protection ensures we offer the perfect balance of performance, driveability, and longevity within our software. Revo Temperature Protection is an additional safety feature that reduces overall load as the air temperature passes a set limit. Exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) are also monitored, adapting the operating conditions (Air Fuel Ratio) to ensure they stay within safe parameters. If EGT’s reach a set upper limit, then power is automatically reduced until the engine returns to a safe operating temperature. The Boost gauge has been reconfigured to display a true representation of the increased performance. Please note the stock performance and end performance are based on the 2017 MK 5 Polo GTI, and as such the results will vary on the derivative. 3 Performance Modes + Anti-theft

0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
Products on the Progressive Parts website that meet this approval will be clearly marked or labelled EC or ECE approved.
