09 Design HVF Charge Pipe Kit – Ford Fiesta ST Mk8/Mk8.5 / Ford Puma ST 1.5 (Without Recirculation Valve)

It replaces the factory pipework on later Fiesta ST and all Puma ST models that do not use a recirculation valve. The OE setup narrows in several places and uses a sound resonator that slows airflow and creates pressure build-up. This kit removes those choke points to improve flow by over 60% and cut pressure drop.
The result is crisper throttle response, more consistent boost, and reduced strain on the turbo. It is a direct swap for the stock parts and comes with the hardware you need for a clean, secure fit.

Design and materials
High-flow hard pipework with smooth internal transitions removes the restrictive resonator and tight tapers found in the OE system. Finished in deep black anodising with a matching black, heat-resistant silicone hose for durability and a discreet look.

Installation notes
Installs in place of the factory charge pipework using standard mounting points. Basic tools are usually sufficient.
Important: re-use the OE seal from the standard upper hard pipe.
This is the version without a recirculation valve port. For early Mk8 Fiesta ST models with a factory re-circ valve, choose the compatible option.
