The cast aluminium end boxes were designed in the CAD system and optimised using CFD simulations to maximise internal airflow. An integrated air guide in the end box ensures uniform filling of the Competition high-performance intercooler core. The intercooler’s inlets and outlets have been extended to Ø65 mm, which is why this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses. The result is an intercooler with significantly less back pressure compared to the stock model.

All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences but also has excellent heat conduction properties.
