Our Competition High Performance Intercooler Kit is designed with cutting-edge technology and bespoke design, enabling an exciting driving experience. The two high-performance intercoolers in this kit offer net dimensions of 320mm x 238mm x 110mm each, resulting in an impressive total volume of 16.755 litres. This represents a significant 40% increase in charge air volume compared to the standard intercoolers.

Our Competition high-performance network ensures excellent cooling performance, providing your engine with sufficient cooled air to achieve optimum performance. Despite their impressive performance, these intercoolers are surprisingly light, weighing just 5.3 kg each. The CAD-designed freeform cast aluminium end boxes ensure optimal internal airflow and an impressive pressure resistance of up to 6 bar, which has been proven in tests.

The kit includes matching carbon air ducts to ensure that the intercoolers are optimally supplied with air. Additionally, silicone hoses with an enlarged cross-section are included to further improve airflow. All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences but also has excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling and is accompanied by a noticeable increase in performance.

This kit is completely ready to install and enables simple replacement with the standard intercooler. It includes:

High Performance Y-Charge Pipe (Part Number: 001100006-KIT)

This unique Y-intake manifold was designed for the best possible internal airflow with the help of extensive CFD simulation. All constrictions of the original intake manifold were eliminated and adapted to a uniform cross-section. This means that the intake air flowing through is no longer unnecessarily blocked by changes in cross-section, resulting in a reduction of the back pressure in the charge air system. In your vehicle, this results in a noticeable increase in performance (varies depending on the software version).
