Wagner Tuning Fiat 595 Abarth Competition Intercooler Kit – Automatic Gearbox
The Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler kit is designed specifically for the Fiat 595 Abarth (Competizione) and Fiat 500 Abarth 595 1.4 Turbo 103-132KW/140-180 PS (2015-2022). Please note, this kit does not fit plug and play for US models.
This high-performance intercooler features a new competition core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 600 mm x 204.6 mm x 80 mm (9.8 litres). It offers an 85% larger frontal surface and 131% more core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The aluminium cast endtanks are designed in CAD and optimised using CFD simulations for ideal internal airflow.
For optimal heat exchange, the intercooler is installed at the front of the car, replacing the two original side intercoolers. The newly developed elliptical hose connection at the outlet and the silicone hoses enable a maximum reduction of the charge air distance. This results in significantly improved overall response due to the lower back pressure of the complete intercooler system and the short charge air distance.
An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties protects the intercooler from environmental influences, ensuring lasting and optimal cooling. Installation is straightforward, replacing the original intercooler with a plug and play setup. All products are subject to continuous quality monitoring.

Wagner Tuning's Warranty Policy
- All products supplied come with at least a 12 Month Manufacturer warranty from supply against manufacturing defects.
- All product warranties offered are non-transferable.
- Warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, aesthetic appearance of the product, negligence by you or any third party. Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will void the warranty.
- No warranty claim will be considered without a verifiable invoice in your name.
- Items must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty repair or replacement being authorised.
- We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.
Sport/Performance Catalysts are not guaranteed to pass emissions tests and failure to do so does not constitute a warranty claim.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
