Experience the ultimate performance upgrade with our high-performance intercooler for the BMW M135i and M235i. This impressive intercooler sets new standards and is specifically designed to meet the high demands of advanced tuning levels.
With intercooler core dimensions of 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (stepped 23.56L), our intercooler offers a 165% larger flow area and a whopping 223% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-quality Competition high-performance core with internal turbulators ensures optimum cooling performance. Despite its imposing size, the entire intercooler weighs just 13.8 kg, highlighting its efficiency and lightweight construction.
The cast aluminium end boxes of the charge air cooler were optimised using flow analysis in the CFD system to ensure outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Our kit EVO3 eliminates the original click connections and expands the connection diameters to Ø65mm at the inlet and Ø76mm at the outlet. Additionally, the kit includes reinforced silicone tubing and an aluminium charge air tube in Ø76mm. The result is unmatched cooling performance with a significant increase in power.
Our intercoolers are all coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only ensures protection against environmental influences, but also has excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. Our intercooler kit is supplied complete and is ready for installation. Replacing it with the stock parts is easy thanks to the modified crossmember that comes with it. Due to the extreme size of the intercooler, minor adjustments to the radiator support may be required.
Our high-performance intercooler has been tested under extreme conditions and is pressure stable up to 6 bar. Each of our products is subject to constant qualitative monitoring to ensure the highest reliability. This intercooler is the perfect choice for racing and lets your vehicle set new standards in power and performance.

- All products supplied come with at least a 12 Month Manufacturer warranty from supply against manufacturing defects.
- All product warranties offered are non-transferable.
- Warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, aesthetic appearance of the product, negligence by you or any third party. Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will void the warranty.
- No warranty claim will be considered without a verifiable invoice in your name.
- Items must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty repair or replacement being authorised.
- We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.
Sport/Performance Catalysts are not guaranteed to pass emissions tests and failure to do so does not constitute a warranty claim.

Stock at Progressive Parts

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
