This kit has been specifically designed to meet the high demands of the BMW N55 engines and provide you with an incredible performance boost.

Our Competition Intercooler EVO2 sets the standard with core dimensions of 520x210x150 (13,572 cc). This means an impressive 85% larger flow area and an incredible 90% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. Feel the power and acceleration your BMW deserves. Our high performance Intercooler core is a high quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its impressive size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.4 kg. The end boxes are made of high-quality cast aluminium and have been optimised with the help of flow analysis in the CFD system. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to Ø70 mm. The kit also includes 2 reinforced silicone hoses.

Our EVO2 intercooler offers outstanding cooling properties while minimizing back pressure. This is crucial for optimum performance. All our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties, which ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. The kit is completely ready to install and replacing the factory intercooler is easy. It has been tested to up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable. Like all our products, the Competition intercooler EVO2 is subject to constant quality monitoring to ensure the highest standards.
