The Wagner Tuning intake manifold is a precision-engineered upgrade for the legendary Audi five-cylinder turbo engines found in the S2, RS2, S4 and 200 models. CAD designed and flow optimised, it replaces the restrictive factory manifold with a high-flowing cast aluminium unit built to release more power and improve throttle response across the rev range.

Each manifold is cast from 8.5 lbs of high-grade AlSi10Mg aluminium and then CNC machined to exacting tolerances. The casting also receives a special surface treatment, matching the finish used on the later TTRS intake manifold, which helps with both airflow and heat management.

Important Fitment Notes

For ABY to ADU code engines: a modified power steering servo pump bracket is required to clear the new manifold. Because the throttle body is relocated to the front of the engine bay, you must use the OEM Audi throttle cable, part number 893721555R. Please ensure these items are sourced before installation.

This manifold is the version supplied without the AAV (Auxiliary Air Valve) provision, suitable for engines that do not require this cold-start idle control feature.
