Intercooler Upgrade Kit (Part Number: 200001162)
Our high-performance intercooler is specially developed for the demanding 2.9-litre V6 biturbo engine (VW EA839) of the Audi RS4/RS5 models. It replaces the standard water-cooled intercooler and offers numerous advantages:

Our new performance intercooler core measures 222 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm, increasing the external core volume by an impressive 185%. The optimal ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminium end boxes were designed in CAD and perfected with the help of CFD simulations, resulting in outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. All our intercoolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating for long-lasting and reliable cooling.
The Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit fits the following models:
- Audi RS4 B9 331KW/450PS from 2017
- Audi RS5 F5 331KW/450PS from 2017 onwards

Radiator Upgrade Kit (Part Number: 400001012)
The 2.9L V6 biturbo engine in these models is equipped with an advanced indirect charge air cooling circuit. Unlike conventional systems, the charge air cooling process is realised by a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature leads directly to improved cooling performance of the charge air. The Wagner Tuning Upgrade water cooler offers the following advantages:
- Increased radiator volume by 55%
- Optimised ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface for maximum heat transfer
- Ensures sufficient air flow for adjacent components such as the engine water cooler

Wagner Tuning's Warranty Policy
- All products supplied come with at least a 12 Month Manufacturer warranty from supply against manufacturing defects.
- All product warranties offered are non-transferable.
- Warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, aesthetic appearance of the product, negligence by you or any third party. Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will void the warranty.
- No warranty claim will be considered without a verifiable invoice in your name.
- Items must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty repair or replacement being authorised.
- We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.
Sport/Performance Catalysts are not guaranteed to pass emissions tests and failure to do so does not constitute a warranty claim.

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
