Wagner Tuning Audi RS3 8V EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit
The COMPETITION INTERCOOLER EVO3 for the Audi RS3 8V is now available with a TÜV certificate and two different intercooler core options. This kit is designed for the following models:
- Audi RS3 8V Sportback 270KW/367PS (04/2015 – 04/2016)
- Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294KW/400PS (08/2017+)
Important Note: We recommend using the standard version for power applications up to 600HP and the X-version for power applications above 600HP.
The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions: 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (16.5L/14.45Inch x 3.74Inch = 1006.9Inch³). This offers an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.
Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, which is made specifically for this application. Constructed of the highest quality TUBE and FIN intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminium end tanks optimised by CFD for the best possible internal airflow. With the help of additional air guides inside the inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop, making this kit ideal for racing.
The intercooler and the crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 14.3 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to install (1:1 exchange). This ensures optimum cooling of the charged air with a clear increase in performance. The kit features 68mm (2.67Inch) inlets and outlets.

Wagner Tuning's Warranty Policy
- All products supplied come with at least a 12 Month Manufacturer warranty from supply against manufacturing defects.
- All product warranties offered are non-transferable.
- Warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, aesthetic appearance of the product, negligence by you or any third party. Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will void the warranty.
- No warranty claim will be considered without a verifiable invoice in your name.
- Items must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty repair or replacement being authorised.
- We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.
Sport/Performance Catalysts are not guaranteed to pass emissions tests and failure to do so does not constitute a warranty claim.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
