Experience superior cooling performance for your Audi 3.0 BiTDI with the Competition High Performance Intercooler Kit. This kit is designed to provide a significant performance boost, utilising cutting-edge technology and a custom design.
With core dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm (17.446L), this intercooler offers an impressive 178% larger flow area and a remarkable 158% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. This results in a dramatic increase in engine performance and improved cooling capacity.
The Competition high performance intercooler core is a feat of engineering. It features a high-quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators that deliver exceptional cooling performance. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 9.1 kg. The cast aluminium end boxes were developed in CAD and optimised for optimum internal airflow using CFD simulations. An integrated air guide in the end box ensures homogeneous filling of the Competition high-performance intercooler core.
The connection diameters have been expanded to Ø67 mm, and the kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. The result is an intercooler with significantly less back pressure compared to the stock intercooler. All our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties, guaranteeing permanent and optimal cooling, which leads to a noticeable increase in performance.
This kit is completely ready to install and allows for an uncomplicated replacement with the stock intercooler. A plug-and-play experience that saves time and effort. This intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure stable, meeting the requirements of racing.

Wagner Tuning's Warranty Policy
- All products supplied come with at least a 12 Month Manufacturer warranty from supply against manufacturing defects.
- All product warranties offered are non-transferable.
- Warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, aesthetic appearance of the product, negligence by you or any third party. Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will void the warranty.
- No warranty claim will be considered without a verifiable invoice in your name.
- Items must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty repair or replacement being authorised.
- We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.
Sport/Performance Catalysts are not guaranteed to pass emissions tests and failure to do so does not constitute a warranty claim.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
