These brake discs are designed to deliver maximum stopping power and consistent performance in a range of driving conditions. Made from high-quality materials, these front brake discs are durable and long-lasting. They fit perfectly on your MQB chassis vehicle with 340mm front brake disc applications and improve overall braking performance.
All TAROX performance brake discs are based on original equipment specification, TUV approved castings, heat treated for strength and hand finished to ensure the most optimum braking surface.
F2000
First developed for use in touring cars over 20 years ago and often found in the TAROX range of big brake kits, the F2000 has forged a reputation as the toughest performance aftermarket brake disc available. We have even observed a number of high end vehicle manufacturers using F2000 ‘style’ discs on their range topping models.
Sport Japan
Sport Japan discs are one of the only aftermarket performance discs to still feature fully drilled holes. To ensure ultimate performance and durability all Sport Japan discs feature countersunk holes strategically placed so as not to affect the discs structural integrity. An additional 6 grooves on the braking surface act like a wiper, keeping the brake pad from glazing and removing excess dust while providing additional cooling.
C83
The original groover. Created in March 1983 the C83 was the first grooved disc ever offered for road going applications. Simple and still effective, the straight grooves sweep the pad keeping the surface optimised for every application of the pedal. Ideal for applications where strength takes precedence over cooling and noise output is minimum. Excellent choice for road cars.
D95
These drilled discs are simple yet effective, with holes spread evenly across the area of the discs for maximum heat dispersal. These holes are designed to aid in heat dissipation and improve the overall braking performance of your vehicle. When you apply the brakes, the friction between the brake pads and the discs generates a significant amount of heat. This heat can cause fading, warping, and other brake-related issues. By drilling holes into the brake disc’s surface, they can dissipate heat more effectively, reducing the risk of brake fade and improving your vehicle’s stopping power.
ZERO
Although plain in appearance, the ZERO discs are far from an original disc. TAROX ZERO discs are made from special high grade casts submitted to several levels of heat treatment. An outstanding resistance to high temperatures prevents warping and cracks. The final hand finishing leaves them incredibly smooth allowing them to mate to pads efficiently, increasing life of the disc and pad.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.

Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
