SACHS Performance Single Mass Flywheel Race Clutch Kit Organic/Sintered
The SACHS Performance clutch-flywheel conversion kit delivers more transmittable torque and more stability, longer life and superior thermal resistance.
The containing sintered clutch disc has a higher friction coefficient than plates with organic friction material. That allows for highest transmittable torque and makes them very dirt and oil resistant.
The weak two-mass flywheel will be replaced with a lightened one-mass flywheel made of steel. Easy exchange with your old clutch and two-mass-flywheel. The original releaser/csc will still fit. – Light weight flywheels keep less inertia in storage but the lighter rotating mass provides significantly improved engine response and acceleration characteristic.
To compensate the dual mass flywheel and it´s vibration damping, the SACHS Performance clutch kit contains a clutch disc with torsion springs that function as vibration damper between engine and gearbox. Due to reduction of mass and more rigid connection a stronger transfer of transmission noise and vibrations can occur.
It also allows for faster and sportier gearshifts. That makes it extremely useful for street and 1/4miles races, endurance races, hill climbing (group N), rallye.

- Due to Reinforced materials and components, the pedal force can increase and the modulation range reduced giving an “on-off” feel to the clutch. These are a motorsport style of clutch, so you do need to expect some level of compromise with judder on take-off and can produce additional noises from the clutch and transmission.

Sachs Performance's Warranty Policy
1. Warranty claims due to obvious failures have to be reported immediately, or at the latest within one calendar week after delivery to the seller in written form. Non- obvious defects must be reported immediately after occurrence. If this fails to take place, any claims referring to such faults are excluded. Sending in a written notice of defect is sufficient.
2. The warranty period is – as long as there is no other period stipulated for individual products – two years from the time of delivery as far as new goods are concerned and one year after the delivery of used products.
3. If the delivered goods are faulty, the seller is first entitled to send a replacement for the removal of defects or the faulty delivery. Only when this new delivery also fails twice or is unreasonable, the customer is entitled to either cancel the contract or ask for a price reduction. The seller is entitled to refrain from a replacement delivery if this involves disproportional costs.
4. The warranty expires under following circumstances:
• When goods are altered by a third party, processed or when faults were corrected without informing the seller, except the customer can prove that the failure can not be initially traced back to the alteration, processing or the failure itself.
• If the goods are fitted outside an authorised specialised dealer, except when the customer can prove that the failure can not be initially traced back to the assembly of the part. - These parts MUST be professionally fitted by a VAT registered workshop to uphold the warranty, a VAT invoice from the fitting workshop will be required.
• If legal or prescribed assembly and fitting instructions by our suppliers are not followed.
• If goods are fitted although it is obvious that they are faulty or incomplete or that the wrong product was delivered.
4. It is necessary to inform us about the return consignment beforehand. The seller provides you with an individual reference number which has to be placed on the outer consignment in a well legible and clear form. Warranty claims are hereby not affected hereby. The customer has to see to it that the product is appropriately wrapped. We cannot take responsibility for any damages which result from badly or insufficiently wrapped resent products. We cannot assume liability for transport damages resulting from insufficient packing. The seller organises a reshipment by its shipping company or the customer pays the shipping charges.
The Warranty covers failed components only and does not cover labour costs or consequential costs or damages.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.

Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
