This Ramair induction kit is a direct replacement for the standard airbox on the Ford Focus ST 225 MK2. Designed specifically for this car, it replaces the factory intake system with a high-flow filter and silicone pipework, allowing the engine to breathe more freely. The ECU (Engine Control Unit – the car’s main engine management computer) normally sits in a bracket that has to be removed when fitting a performance intake. Ramair have engineered their own replacement bracket that mounts to the standard fixing points, so there is no need to modify your engine bay or relocate any components.

Available with a choice of silicone hose colours – black, blue, red, or orange – so you can match the kit to your engine bay build or personal preference.

Performance and Sound

Replacing the factory airbox removes a significant restriction in the intake path, freeing up airflow all the way back to the turbo inlet. The ECU bracket is laser-cut from aluminium and finished in satin black powder coat – the same production methods Ramair use for their motorsport applications.

Every fitting kit is checked twice before packaging to make sure everything needed for installation is included in the box.

Important: This kit replaces both the standard airbox and the standard ECU bracket. The replacement bracket fits to all factory mounting points, but please ensure you are comfortable with this process before fitting, or have the kit installed by a competent mechanic familiar with the Focus ST engine bay.
