The Ramair Jetstream Crossover Hard Pipe Induction Kit is a well-engineered air intake upgrade designed specifically for the Ford Focus ST 250 MK3 with the 2.0T EcoBoost engine. It replaces the factory intake pipework all the way back to the turbo inlet, improving airflow into the engine and delivering a more engaging induction sound – all without requiring any cutting or permanent modification to your car.

This particular version (JSK-115-TWIST) is designed for Focus ST 250 models fitted with a twist-in IAT sensor (IAT = Intake Air Temperature sensor, a small sensor that monitors incoming air temperature). What Makes This Kit Different?

A lot of induction kits on the market compromise somewhere along the way – whether that is a narrow pipe diameter, awkward fitment for the recirculation pipe, or an intake that forces you to remove or modify the engine cover. Ramair have addressed all of these points in the design of this kit.

The aluminium hard pipe maintains a full 70mm diameter from the filter all the way to the turbo inlet – a wider, less-restricted path for air to travel compared to the standard factory setup. The factory engine cover fits back on without any cutting or modification, and the factory recirculation pipe (the pipe that returns unused compressed air back into the intake under certain conditions) connects directly without needing extra hoses or adaptors.

The IAT sensor mounts into a CNC-machined billet fitting on the rear of the intake pipe, keeping things tidy and giving a clean, factory-plus appearance rather than a cobbled-together look.

What’s Included in the Kit?

• Jetstream Performance Cone Filter – A large, double-radius foam cone filter with an aluminium base and stainless steel internal cage. The foam filtration offers good flow while continuing to protect the engine from debris.
• Aluminium Hard Pipe – A single-piece aluminium intake pipe with laser-cut and folded bracketry, and CNC-machined connectors for the IAT sensor and recirculation pipe. Full 70mm diameter throughout.
• Laser-Cut Heat Shield – A precision-folded, satin black powder-coated heat shield that mounts directly to the factory airbox mounting points and rubbers. It creates a barrier between the filter and the heat of the engine bay, helping to keep intake air temperatures down and directing cooler air from the factory cold-air feed around the filter.
• Full Fitting Kit – All nuts, bolts, hose clamps, and high-quality silicone connectors required to fit the kit to a standard car. A detailed fitting guide is also included.
