Pipercross's Warranty Policy
LIMITED LIFE TIME WARRANTY
This Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") applies to Pipercross Air Filters products ("Product") purchased directly from Pipercross Air Filters or an authorised distributor. By using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Warranty.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Pipercross Air Filters warrants the original purchaser that the Product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product. This Warranty is non-transferable and extends solely to the original purchaser.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY COVERAGE:
This Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
1. Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation of the Product.
2. Modification, alteration, or repair of the Product by anyone other than Pipercross Air Filters or its authorised agents.
3. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to filter media degradation over time.
4. Use of the Product for purposes other than its intended function.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:
1. Contact the authorised distributor from which their product was purchased.
2. Provide proof of purchase, including the date and location of purchase, along with a detailed description of the alleged defect.
3. Return the Product, at the purchaser's expense, to its authorised representative for inspection.
RESOLUTION OF WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Pipercross Air Filters will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Pipercross Air Filters reserves the right to require payment for shipping and handling charges associated with warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipercross Air Filters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Product, even if Pipercross Air Filters has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GDPR Compliance:
Pipercross Air Filters is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any personal information collected in the course of warranty claims or other interactions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Amendments:
Pipercross Air Filters reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications or amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Pipercross Air Filters website or through other appropriate means.
By using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you do not agree with any part of this Warranty, you must cease using the Product immediately.

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
