PAGID RSX Racing Brake Pad (Shape 2566) S2566RSX001
The PAGID RSX is a track day focused pad that still works well on fast road. It offers strong initial bite, stable pedal feel, and reliable stopping power over repeated hard use. It warms up quickly, is kinder to discs than many full race pads, and keeps noise and dust in check for its performance level.
RSX is ideal if you want a confident upgrade for spirited B-road driving and regular track days. It resists fade when hot, yet remains usable from cold, so you can drive to the circuit and push hard once there. For dedicated racing or long endurance stints, a pure endurance compound may suit better.
Fitment and applications
Shape 2566 pads are used in a range of performance brake setups. Typical applications include popular hot hatches and performance saloons running uprated multi-piston calipers or big brake kits. Bed-in advice
Follow a proper bed-in procedure to seat the pads and stabilise performance. Avoid hard stops to zero in the first miles and build heat gradually on your first session.

MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
