Built for hard sprint use, the PAGID RST 5E compound gives fast initial bite, strong stopping power, and stable pedal feel lap after lap. It delivers consistent friction across a wide temperature range, helping resist fade during intense sessions. Modulation is predictable, so you can trail-brake with confidence and manage ABS intervention more cleanly.
The RST family is aimed at sprint racing, rally, and aggressive track driving. RST 5E sits in the medium-high friction window with very quick response. Expect more noise, dust, and disc wear than road pads. Track-focused compound – not recommended for regular road use.

MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
