Built for sprint and rally use, the PAGID RST 3 delivers strong, consistent braking under hard track conditions. It offers a confident initial bite with smooth pedal feel, making it easy to modulate and control. Friction stays stable across repeated high-speed stops, so performance remains predictable as temperatures rise.
Track-use compound. Not recommended for everyday road driving.
Why choose RST 3
RST 3 is a sprint-focused compound designed for short to medium race stints, tarmac rally and aggressive track days. It warms up quickly, resists fade, and gives clean release to help balance the car on turn-in and trail-braking.
Typical applications
Well suited to lightweight to medium-weight track cars, club racing, time attack, sprint and tarmac rally. Often used on the rear axle to fine-tune balance when paired with a higher-friction front pad, but also works as a matched set on many setups.

Setup and bedding
Bed in with several medium stops to bring the pads up to temperature, then a few firm stops to stabilise the transfer layer. Allow a short cool-down before full attack laps for best consistency.

MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
