Built for short, intense sessions where maximum stopping power matters. PAGID RST 1 delivers a very high initial bite, strong friction from cold, and confident braking lap after lap in sprint racing.
Why choose RST 1
– Very high bite for short braking zones and late braking.
– Stable friction across a wide temperature range.
– Strong release and pedal feel for precise control.
– Best for sprint, qualifying and rally stages. Not intended for long endurance stints.
Track use only – not for road use. Expect higher noise, dust and disc wear than road pads.
Compound suitability
– Ideal for: sprint circuit racing, time attack, rally (tarmac/gravel), hillclimb, drift.
– Suits aggressive driving and high-grip tyres (semi-slick or slick).
– Warms quickly but performs best with some heat in the system.
– If you need lower wear for long races, consider an endurance-focused compound instead.

MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
