PAGID RST 1 Racing Brake Pad (Shape 2560) S2560T01001
The PAGID RST 1 is a pure motorsport compound with very high friction and an aggressive initial bite. It gives strong, repeatable braking and stable pedal feel under heavy use. Built for sprint racing and rally where instant response matters.
Use RST 1 when you want maximum bite and short stopping distances. Expect higher disc and pad wear than endurance compounds, along with more noise and dust. Ideal mainly on the front axle; can be used on the rear to fine-tune balance.
Motorsport-only compound. Not for road use.

MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
