Built for serious sprint performance. The PAGID RST 1 is a high-friction racing compound with a very strong initial bite and confident stopping power lap after lap. It delivers fast response, firm pedal feel, and reliable fade resistance across a wide temperature range.
What it does
RST 1 gives you immediate braking force with minimal pedal travel. It stays stable under repeated heavy stops, helping you brake later and with more control. Modulation is firm and direct, so small inputs make a clear difference. Expect higher dust and noise than road pads. Wear rate is higher than endurance compounds.
Best for
– Short circuit racing, time attack, autocross
– Tarmac rally and aggressive track sessions
– Drivers who want maximum bite and short stopping distances
Not recommended for daily road use.

Setup tips
Bed the pads properly to build an even transfer layer on the disc. Warm the brakes before pushing hard. Monitor pad and disc wear more often than with road compounds.

MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
