PAGID RSL 29 Racing Brake Pad (Shape 4501) E450129010
RSL 29 is PAGIDs proven endurance compound. It delivers strong, consistent braking over long stints, with excellent heat stability and very low fade. It is gentle on discs and lasts well, making it a trusted choice for endurance racing and hard track use.
Expect confident bite once warm, smooth pedal feel, and predictable modulation for precise control lap after lap. Cold performance is usable but improves as the pads reach temperature.
Note: Designed for circuit use. On the road you may notice more noise and dust, and they work best when hot.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
