PAGID RSL 29 Racing Brake Pad (Shape 1607) E160729010
Built for endurance racing, the PAGID RSL 29 delivers strong, consistent braking over long stints. It offers excellent pedal feel and control, with very high fade resistance when hot. Wear rates are low for both pad and disc, helping you run longer between changes.
RSL 29 performs best once up to temperature. Cold bite is lower than road pads, but stability and modulation are outstanding on track. Ideal for long track days, club enduro and GT-style racing.
Not recommended for daily road use.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
