PAGID RSL 29 Racing Brake Pad (Shape 1363) – E136329010
The PAGID RSL 29 is a proven endurance racing compound. It delivers stable, predictable braking over long stints with low wear. It offers strong bite when warm, excellent modulation (easy to control pedal pressure), and very high fade resistance for confidence on track.
RSL 29 works best for endurance racing, GT and touring cars, club racing, and hard track days. It can handle repeated high-speed stops without performance drop-off. Cold bite is decent for a race pad, but like all motorsport compounds it prefers heat. On-road use is possible but not ideal due to noise and dust.
Use this pad if you want consistent lap-after-lap performance, long pad life, and easy control at the limit.

Setup and use
– Bed in carefully to build an even transfer layer on the disc. Start with gentle stops, then increase load in stages until the pads reach operating temperature.
– Use high-quality brake fluid and ensure cooling is adequate for sustained hard use.
– Expect more noise and dust than OEM pads.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
