PAGID RSL 1E Racing Brake Pad (Shape 8003) S8003L1E001
Built for endurance pace and consistency. The PAGID RSL 1E compound delivers stable, medium-high friction with low fade and strong pedal feel over long stints. It is rotor-friendly for iron discs and offers excellent modulation, so you can brake later and more confidently lap after lap.
RSL 1E works best once warm. It suits heavier and high-grip cars that demand repeatable stopping power. Ideal for endurance racing, club motorsport and serious track days where consistency and wear rate matter.
Track-use focused: expect more noise and dust than road pads. Not designed for cold road use. Not for carbon-ceramic discs.

Bed-in advice
Bring the pads up to temperature with several medium stops, then a few firm stops. Allow to cool with minimal braking. Proper bedding improves bite, consistency and life.

MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.

In the words of the Vehicle Standards Agency (VCA), type approval provides "confirmation that production and samples of a design will meet specified performance standards".
For emissions components this encompasses noise, emissions and balanced back pressure, which have a strong influence on maintaining engine performance (power), and fuel efficiency. Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
