Forge Motorsport PCV Delete Kit for TFSI Engines
The stock PCV on the TFSI engine is known to be fragile and can cause issues such as excessive blowby entering the inlet manifold at idle or a loss of boost when driving. To address this, Forge Motorsport offers a PCV delete kit that removes the PCV entirely and diverts the breathing to the rear cam cover outlet only. This eliminates the risk of the diaphragm inside the stock PCV ripping and causing problems.
The kit also includes a plate to blank off the port on the end of the inlet manifold that used to go to the PCV, and replaces it with a boost gauge fitting kit. This allows for the installation of a boost gauge, water spray controller, or other accessories. The kit comes with all necessary parts for installation and a full set of instructions.
