Forge Motorsport SAAB 95 2.0T 2.3T and 93 2.0T Adjustable Actuator

The Forge Motorsport SAAB 95 2.0T 2.3T and 93 2.0T Adjustable Actuator is a two-part assembly designed for the SAAB9-5 2.0T / 2.3T 98 to 05 and 9-3 2.0T 00 to 02. This adjustable actuator is manufactured from billet aluminium and allows for rod adjustment to suit the customer’s individual application. The laser-cut stainless steel brackets ensure OEM-like fitment.

Forge Motorsport is one of the first companies in the world to design and manufacture the billet two-piece replacement aluminium turbo actuator. This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for, or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stronger spring upon request for tuned vehicles, and where a higher boost level is required. The pressure figures listed are minimum regulated pressure figures. When you fit a Forge turbo actuator, you will be able to fine-tune and manage your specific boost requirements, allowing for improved response and better control. This product is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system. The diaphragm sealed internals are the default selection for this actuator product, but customers now have the option of piston sealed internals. This innovation offers equal performance to the diaphragm type and low maintenance due to the hard-wearing nature of piston sealed valve internals.

Forge Motorsport offers a lifetime warranty* on this product. Fitting of the part is available at our performance workshop at Progressive Parts.

This actuator is not suitable for Aero models.

This actuator is built with a stock spring as standard. If you require the FMPACTUN spring tuning kit, you will need to select the Diaphragm Type 2, 049 option.
