Forge Motorsport K24 Turbo Actuator for Volvo S60R, V70R, S60 T5, and V70 T5

The Forge Motorsport K24 Turbo Actuator is a billet two-piece replacement aluminium turbo actuator suitable for 2004-2007 Volvo S60R (Eng Code B5254T4) 2.5L AWD 300hp, 2004-2007 Volvo V70R (Eng Code B5254T4) 2.5L AWD 300hp, 2005-2007 Volvo S60 T5 ( Eng Code B5244T5) 2.4L FWD 260hp, and 2005-2007 Volvo V70 T5 (Eng Code B5244T5) 2.4L FWD 260hp models.

Forge Motorsport is a leading manufacturer of turbo actuators and has developed the largest and most diverse range of actuator replacements in the world. The K24 Turbo Actuator is manufactured from 6026 grade aluminium and is vehicle and turbo specific. It is machined and hand polished in the UK and comes with a lifetime warranty*.

The actuator is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for, or slightly above factory boost levels. However, it can be assembled with a stronger spring upon request for tuned vehicles and where a higher boost level is required. The actuator is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system, allowing for improved response and better control.

The K24 Turbo Actuator comes with a choice of piston or diaphragm operation on most actuators. It also features nomex reinforced flurosilicone diaphragms and laser cut stainless steel brackets (where applicable). Tuning and service kits are available.

Diaphragm sealed internals are the default selection for this actuator product, but customers now have the option of piston sealed internals. This innovation offers equal performance to the diaphragm type and low maintenance due to the hard-wearing nature of piston sealed valve internals.

It is important to note that Forge Motorsport cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket.

The K24 Turbo Actuator comes with a green coded spring as standard. If you require the FMPACTUN spring tuning kit, you will need to select the Diaphragm Type 2, 049 option.
