Eibach's Warranty Policy
- In the event of an issue being raised by the ‘dealers’ retail customer, pertaining to an Eibach UK supplied product, the ‘dealer’ must respond initially to their retail customer. The ‘dealer’ should liaise with Eibach UK in parallel. Only once prior permission is given, should the ‘dealer’ refer their retail customer directly to Eibach UK.
- The retail customer’s ‘contract of sale’ is between the ‘Eibach Dealer’ and themselves, therefore Eibach UK can only resolve retail customer issues, including financial compensation, via the Eibach Dealer who sold the product to them in the first instance.
- Providing excellent after-sales service to the retail customer constitutes an important part of being an Eibach dealer. Eibach dealers who persistently direct their customers with issues directly to Eibach UK, without first taking ‘reasonable’ actions to resolve the issues themselves, will be considered to not be providing the service expected of an Eibach Dealer and may therefore be considered for account closure.
- Eibach products are warranted against material and manufacturing defects only.
- Spring kits (Pro-Kit & Sportline) and Anti-Roll bars have a 5 year warranty (excluding Anti Roll Bar fitting parts & bushes, which have 1 year)
- B12 Pro-Kit and B12 Sportline have 5 years warranty on the springs and 2 years on the dampers.
- Pro-Spacers 2 years warranty
- EMS 2 years warranty
- All other products and fittings, excluding Eibach Race Springs, have 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Eibach Race Springs (ERS) do not carry a warranty, as they are intended for motorsport use.
- The ‘Warranty Period’ begins from the date of purchase (invoice date).
- The warranty covers products used in accordance to their prescribed application and manner of usage and does not affect the end-users statutory rights.
- Motorsport, track or competition use will immediately invalidate the terms of any warranty.
- Replacement product will be supplied initially at the ‘dealers’ cost. Credits / refunds for defective or incorrect parts will be raised when the parts in question are received back and investigated by Eibach UK.
- All product returned under warranty, will be subject to inspection and testing, prior to liability being determined. If liability is accepted, the dealer will be credited in full, according to the scope of the order.
- Eibach UK’s liability extends to the scope of the ‘dealer’s’ order, i.e. in the case of a product in error, Eibach UK will be liable to provide a replacement product, to the address shown on the original ‘dealer’ order.
- The warranty does not cover the costs associated to the subsequent export of the product by the ‘dealer’. All incidental costs that are a function of the ‘dealers’ action of export, will not be Eibach UK’s liability.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
