EBC SR11™ Sintered Race Brake Pads
While other manufacturers strive to extend the lifespan of organic and semi-metallic pads, EBC has adopted an innovative strategy by combining compressed and heat-fused (sintered) metal powdered alloys. This results in a brake pad that not only delivers superior braking performance but also outlasts nearly all others on the market.
Labeled as an endurance-grade product, these pads are versatile enough for any type of closed-circuit racing, whether it be brief sprints or extended endurance challenges.
Please Note: These brake pads are intended for full track use only and are not suitable for use on road vehicles.
EBC Sintered SR pads are in a class of their own.
Crafted in EBC Brakes' American facility, the SR series sets a new benchmark in braking with its exceptional grip and durability, all while preserving the condition of the rotors. While there have been other sintered pads in the market, none compare to the innovation behind these.
Employing transfer film technology, this compound virtually eliminates disc wear. The "hard" nature of the pad in terms of compressibility translates to a firmer pedal feel, enhancing responsiveness.
The longevity of these pads is remarkable, with testing indicating a lifespan that is 3-5 times longer than that of semi-metallic competitors.
The SR11™, with its medium friction coefficient, is ideally suited for the front brakes of street vehicles with prominent ABS activity, or for both front and rear brakes of race cars equipped with bias controls. The SR line is produced exclusively for a select number of high-performance street vehicles and full race calipers from brands like AP, Brembo, Alcon, and Wilwood.

EBC's Warranty Policy
Automotive Disc Brake Pads
The EBC Brakes warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Warranty is for replacement of similar product or refund of purchase value only excluding all labour and ancillary charges such as vehicle towing, fitting, inconvenience, purchasing of other manufacturers products and is good for a period of twelve months from date of purchase or 10,000 miles of highway use. Proof of mileage will be required. Warranty is invalid if product is used for taxi/hire car, racing, rally, drifting, trackday experience driving, or any other form of competition. There is absolutely no warranty on any EBC product for race use. Warranty does not cover brake noise or normal wear and tear. Some brake pad systems cause pads to wear faster than others. Drivers/users must assess the performance and durability of EBC Brakes products themselves if any EBC product is to be used in racing.

Drivers/users must assess the performance and durability of EBC Brakes products themselves if any EBC product is to be used in racing.
No warranty is offered for brake vibration suffered due to uneven rotor thickness wear after incorrect installation of brake rotors. It is commonly known in the brake rotor business that accurate mounting and checking of runout on brake rotors is paramount at installation and in spite of necessary warnings many mechanics still see fit to ignore this warning and make no effort whatsoever to check rotor runout. This leads to brake vibration in the 3-5,000 miles lifetime period and is not a warrantable condition. The solution for vibration at this stage is to have the rotors turned or replaced and to thoroughly clean the mounting flange on the vehicle and carefully check for runout before returning the vehicle to service use.
How to proceed with a warranty claim
A proof of purchase receipt showing the date of purchase and mileage installed, endorsed by an independent mechanic who fitted the parts or a store staff member who sold you the parts will be required to be returned with all of the products purchased. To enable your vehicle to be used whilst your warranty claim is considered, should you need to purchase replacement parts this must be done by purchasing the parts from EBC themselves.
In the event of a successful compensation award, we will refund the credit card that you used to buy the replacement parts in full or part depending on the nature of the claim. EBC Brakes reserves the right to make full or partial compensation at its sole discretion depending upon the condition and mileage used of the returned suspect parts. For example, if you have used the product for several thousand miles and the defect is noticed, only a partial compensation may be offered.

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
