EBC BSD Brake Disc Rotors
Crafted from high-quality GS3000 grey iron casting blanks with precision, the BSD disc undergoes a meticulous manufacturing process at the EBC Northampton UK facility. Each disc is subjected to precision machining, thorough inspections, flat grinding, metallurgical assessments, precise balancing, and a corrosion-resistant finishing treatment. These discs are designed to fit both front and rear positions.
The uniquely designed blade slot configuration serves a crucial role in swiftly and efficiently expelling hot gases from the braking area, outperforming uni-directional slots in this regard. This design not only helps maintain flatter brake pads but also keeps the brakes operating at a lower temperature. Additionally, the multiple overlapping slots significantly reduce brake wind noise.
The initial lineup of blade discs encompasses a wide array of European vehicles, catering to approximately 80% of the sport brake market. When paired with EBC Greenstuff sport brake pads, the top-selling Redstuff Brake Pads, or the high-performance Yellowstuff brake pads, these brake discs are engineered to deliver faster stopping power, reduced thermal distortions, and a visually appealing appearance.

Made Using Discalloy
BSD (Blade Sports Discs) are made from a unique material known as “discalloy” for front and rear fitments.
The blade slot design is specially crafted to remove hot gases in an efficient way to help keep brake pads cooler and flatter. The multiple slots overlap to reduce the brake wind sound.

This item is classed as a consumable and is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing or material defects only. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or use outside manufacturer recommendations.
EBC's Warranty Policy
Automotive Disc Brake Pads
The EBC Brakes warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Warranty is for replacement of similar product or refund of purchase value only excluding all labour and ancillary charges such as vehicle towing, fitting, inconvenience, purchasing of other manufacturers products and is good for a period of twelve months from date of purchase or 10,000 miles of highway use. Proof of mileage will be required. Warranty is invalid if product is used for taxi/hire car, racing, rally, drifting, trackday experience driving, or any other form of competition. There is absolutely no warranty on any EBC product for race use. Warranty does not cover brake noise or normal wear and tear. Some brake pad systems cause pads to wear faster than others. Drivers/users must assess the performance and durability of EBC Brakes products themselves if any EBC product is to be used in racing.
Automotive Disc Brake Rotors

Drivers/users must assess the performance and durability of EBC Brakes products themselves if any EBC product is to be used in racing.
No warranty is offered for brake vibration suffered due to uneven rotor thickness wear after incorrect installation of brake rotors. It is commonly known in the brake rotor business that accurate mounting and checking of runout on brake rotors is paramount at installation and in spite of necessary warnings many mechanics still see fit to ignore this warning and make no effort whatsoever to check rotor runout. This leads to brake vibration in the 3-5,000 miles lifetime period and is not a warrantable condition. The solution for vibration at this stage is to have the rotors turned or replaced and to thoroughly clean the mounting flange on the vehicle and carefully check for runout before returning the vehicle to service use.
How to proceed with a warranty claim
A proof of purchase receipt showing the date of purchase and mileage installed, endorsed by an independent mechanic who fitted the parts or a store staff member who sold you the parts will be required to be returned with all of the products purchased. To enable your vehicle to be used whilst your warranty claim is considered, should you need to purchase replacement parts this must be done by purchasing the parts from EBC themselves.
In the event of a successful compensation award, we will refund the credit card that you used to buy the replacement parts in full or part depending on the nature of the claim. EBC Brakes reserves the right to make full or partial compensation at its sole discretion depending upon the condition and mileage used of the returned suspect parts. For example, if you have used the product for several thousand miles and the defect is noticed, only a partial compensation may be offered.

Stock at Progressive Parts

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
