Akrapovič Porsche 911 Carrera / Cabriolet / Targa /S/4/4S/GTS (991) Slip-On Exhaust System
Developing an aftermarket exhaust for the legendary Porsche 911 is no easy task, but Akrapovič engineers have risen to the challenge with a system that offers dual functionality. With the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit, drivers can take full control of the exhaust valves. Without the optional kit, the valves are managed by the car’s electronics. When the valves are closed, the exhaust delivers a deeper tone than stock, without being louder. However, with the valves open, the system transforms into a pure racing experience, complete with adrenaline-pumping bangs.
Eliminating drone was a top priority in the design process. The Slip-On system is constructed from a special heat-resistant, durable titanium alloy, and includes computer-designed premufflers, main mufflers, and pipes. This results in more power, increased torque, reduced weight, and improved throttle response, ensuring a thrilling driving experience.
