Akrapovič Mercedes CLA 35 AMG Slip-On Line Exhaust System
Providing a stunning sensory experience, this lightweight exhaust system is expertly crafted from high-grade titanium and finished with a striking design featuring two pairs of titanium and carbon-fibre tailpipes. The exhaust valve—housed in a casing cast in Akrapovič’s in-house foundry—produces a richer, higher-frequency sound than the stock exhaust, especially noticeable when shifting through the gears. This is combined with a smooth exhaust note that enhances the car’s engine tones without causing any discomfort or drone for the occupants. A specially designed perforated manifold tube on the valve side eliminates streaming without compromising pressure pulse distribution, resulting in a stronger and more dynamic sound.
Thanks to the use of titanium and a unique configuration, this exhaust is lighter than the stock system, leading to optimised power and torque levels across the entire rev range. The optimised flow path of exhaust gases also offers greater tuning potential, which can be further enhanced with the addition of the optional Evolution Link pipe set (SS).
Please Note: When installing the optional Evolution Link pipe set (SS), the ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system is no longer valid.
The ECE type-approval certificate is valid for model year 2023 (including pre-facelift vehicles) equipped with an Otto/gasoline particulate filter.
Installation Notice: For installing the Slip-On system, the stock exhaust system must be cut. Please read the instructions carefully before starting the installation.
Fitment Notice: This product is compatible with CLA 35 S Shooting Brake models.
