Perfectly designed for a stunning sensory experience, this beautifully crafted lightweight exhaust system is made from high-grade lightweight titanium and is finished with a striking design that features two pairs of titanium and carbon-fibre tailpipes, providing an eye-catching visual impact. A specially designed exhaust valve, with its housing cast in Akrapovič’s in-house foundry, regulates the exhaust sound character. This valve is controlled through in-house developed Control Kit electronics, allowing the driver to adjust the level of sportiness using AMG Dynamic Select.
The system offers an exceptional auditory experience, with settings that range from a comfortable everyday car mode—producing a smooth sound that enhances the engine’s tones without any discomfort or drone—to a sporty acoustic mode that delivers deep midrange tones and a rich high-frequency sound at higher revs. This configuration enhances the gear-shifting experience, providing thrilling crackles during overrun. The unique design, build, and configuration of this system compared to the stock exhaust save weight and optimise the engine’s power and torque levels, delivering increases throughout the entire rev range. In back-to-back tests on the Akrapovič dyno against a Mercedes-AMG A 45 with a standard stock exhaust, this system recorded power increases of 6.4 kW at 6,400 rpm and torque gains of 9.1 Nm at 6,700 rpm. The optimized flow path of the exhaust gases provides significant tuning potential, which can be further enhanced with the addition of the optional Downpipe (SS).
The system is ECE type approved for cars equipped with an Otto/gasoline particulate filter. However, installing the optional Downpipe (SS) will invalidate the ECE type approval for the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system.

Important Fitment Note: Ensure you order the correct Kit based on whether your vehicle was produced before or after the facelift in mid-2023.
