AIRTEC Motorsport Stage 2 Intercooler Kit for Mk7 Fiesta ST
Ideal for those aiming at around the 300bhp mark and fast road or light track use, the AIRTEC Stage 2 Intercooler Kit features a 50mm core that extends up in front of the crash bar. It can be fitted to standard boost pipes or the AIRTEC big boost pipe kit.
As modifying the Mk7 Fiesta ST continues to be popular, AIRTEC has introduced a new Stage 2 intercooler kit to slot neatly into their product range between the entry-level Stage 1 and track-ready Stage 3 intercooler.
The Stage 2 kit offers a great compromise in the ability to produce a significant cooling improvement over a Stage 1 intercooler, without having to invest in an all-out Stage 3 track intercooler package.
The replacement intercooler fits with very little modification, with only slight trimming to the inside of the bottom grille required in some applications where the original bumper may have sagged over time.
The full height core design gives the look and performance on a smaller budget with good efficiency up to the 300bhp mark, making it ideal for those with hybrid turbos to keep inlet temperatures down.
DYNO TESTED
To better represent how the different intercoolers in the range work in real-world conditions, AIRTEC tested the Stage 1, 2, and 3 intercoolers on their development Fiesta ST track car at an independent dyno (WG Motorworks). The results showed that the Stage 2 intercooler demonstrated its bigger capacity over the Stage 1 and continued to make power while the Stage 1 became restricted. This ultimately allowed similar peak figures to the huge Stage 3 intercooler, due to the air flow characteristics.

Airtec's Warranty Policy
- All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, Finished colour/aesthetic appearance of the product or if the product has been exposed to the use of any Traffic Film Remover or alternative acidic cleaner (commonly used in hand car washes), negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier’s approval.
- If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier in writing via email within 7 working days. (Please note that this is 48hrs for our business customers)
- If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing via email, as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.
- The Supplier is under no right to refund defected items, if a suitable replacement is available.

Stock at Progressive Parts

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
