Wagner Tuning VW Tiguan R 2.0TSI Competition Intercooler Kit
Welcome to the era of ultimate performance! Experience the revolutionary Competition intercooler that gives your vehicle a noticeable boost. With its impressive core dimensions of 640 mm x 410 mm x 65 mm, it offers a generous external charge air volume of 17 litres (compared to the 9 litres of the OEM model). Our newly developed Competition high-performance core (Tube Fin) sets new standards. It enables optimum airflow while ensuring sufficient cooling for adjacent components such as the water cooler. Despite its size, the intercooler remains surprisingly light at just 8.4 kg.
The cast aluminium end boxes have been perfected using the latest CAD technology and CFD simulations to ensure optimum internal airflow. Innovative air routing in the end box ensures even distribution of air throughout the Competition high-performance network. The intercooler’s inlets and outlets have been enlarged to an impressive Ø 70mm, which is why this kit features reinforced silicone hoses. Thanks to these advantages, the intercooler offers a significantly reduced backpressure compared to the standard installed model.
This intercooler also features our proven anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees a permanent and optimal cooling performance, which leads to a noticeable increase in power. The installation is very easy, just replace the OEM intercooler with our Competition intercooler. You will be amazed at how uncomplicated this process is. As with all our products, this intercooler is subject to constant quality monitoring to ensure it meets the highest standards.

Wagner Tuning's Warranty Policy
- All products supplied come with at least a 12 Month Manufacturer warranty from supply against manufacturing defects.
- All product warranties offered are non-transferable.
- Warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, aesthetic appearance of the product, negligence by you or any third party. Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will void the warranty.
- No warranty claim will be considered without a verifiable invoice in your name.
- Items must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty repair or replacement being authorised.
- We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.
Sport/Performance Catalysts are not guaranteed to pass emissions tests and failure to do so does not constitute a warranty claim.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
