Our intercooler sets new standards. With impressive intercooler core dimensions of 600 mm x 235 mm x 165 mm (stepped), it offers an astonishing 38% larger flow area and a substantial 78% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. This results in a noticeable increase in power and a better overall driving experience.
Our high-performance intercooler core is specially designed and stands out for its quality. It consists of a Tube Fin core with internal turbulators, which provides optimal airflow and heat dissipation. Although our intercooler is large, it weighs only 10.5 kg. This means that you can increase the performance of your BMW without increasing the weight, which has a positive effect on driving dynamics.
Through extensive flow optimisation in the CAD system, the cast aluminium end boxes of our intercooler ensure excellent cooling performance with minimal back pressure. This is crucial for efficient performance enhancement. All our charge air coolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only prevents rust, but also has heat conduction properties. This provides durable and optimal cooling, which in turn improves performance.
Our intercooler comes as a complete ready-to-install kit that allows for easy replacement with the stock intercooler – plug and play. It is still possible to use the original intercooler hoses. We subject all of our products to rigorous quality monitoring to ensure you receive only the best.

Wagner Tuning's Warranty Policy
- All products supplied come with at least a 12 Month Manufacturer warranty from supply against manufacturing defects.
- All product warranties offered are non-transferable.
- Warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, aesthetic appearance of the product, negligence by you or any third party. Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will void the warranty.
- No warranty claim will be considered without a verifiable invoice in your name.
- Items must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty repair or replacement being authorised.
- We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.
Sport/Performance Catalysts are not guaranteed to pass emissions tests and failure to do so does not constitute a warranty claim.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
