Wagner Tuning BMW M5/M8 F9X Performance Intercooler Kit
Boost the performance of your BMW M model with the Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler! The 4.4 litre V8 biturbo engine (S63 B44T4) in the BMW M models features an indirect charge air cooling circuit, where the charge air is cooled by a water-cooled charge air cooler. With our innovative high-performance charge air cooler, you can replace the original charge air cooler and experience an impressive increase in performance.
Our high-performance intercooler boasts a new type of performance core measuring 192 mm x 156 mm x 128 mm. Specially developed for the high demands of the BMW M5/M8 engine, it offers an incredible 75% more external intercooler core volume compared to the standard intercooler. The optimised ratio between inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminium end boxes were designed using the latest CAD technology and optimised using CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure, ensuring optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance. This kit is even ideal for demanding racing.
To ensure a permanent cooling effect, all Wagner Tuning intercoolers are equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating. The installation of the system is uncomplicated thanks to our detailed installation instructions and is done in plug & play style.

Wagner Tuning's Warranty Policy
- All products supplied come with at least a 12 Month Manufacturer warranty from supply against manufacturing defects.
- All product warranties offered are non-transferable.
- Warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, aesthetic appearance of the product, negligence by you or any third party. Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will void the warranty.
- No warranty claim will be considered without a verifiable invoice in your name.
- Items must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty repair or replacement being authorised.
- We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.
Sport/Performance Catalysts are not guaranteed to pass emissions tests and failure to do so does not constitute a warranty claim.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
