The COMPETITION INTERCOOLER EVO3 for the Audi RS3 8V is now available with a TÜV certificate and two different intercooler core options. This kit is designed for the following models:

• Audi RS3 8V Sportback 270KW/367PS (04/2015 – 04/2016)
• Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294KW/400PS (08/2017+)

The new core option EVO3.X, developed in cooperation with a renowned German Audi tuner, is suitable for higher performance applications of 600PS+. The size of the intercooler remains unchanged from the original version, but the internal core design has been optimised for high power applications, guaranteeing optimal air flow and excellent cooling performance. For power applications below 600PS, the standard version is recommended.

The high performance intercooler has the following core dimensions: 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (16.5L/14.45Inch x 3.74Inch = 1006.9Inch³). This offers an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties.

This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, made specifically for this application. Constructed of the highest quality TUBE and FIN intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminium end tanks optimised by CFD for the best possible internal airflow. With the help of additional air guides inside the inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop, making this kit ideal for racing.

The intercooler and the crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 14.1 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to install (1:1 exchange). This ensures optimum cooling of the charged air with a clear increase in performance. The kit includes 68mm (2.67Inch) in- and outlets.

• WT EVO3 Competition: cooling surface 1890cm² (293Inch²), charge-air-volume 16.5L (1006.9Inch³)

Note: ACC equipped cars may require recalibration of the ACC Sensor.
