AIRTEC Motorsport High Flow Intercooler Upgrade – ATINTFO34
The AIRTEC Motorsport Stage 3 intercooler upgrade is designed for track or fast road use and is specifically tailored for the Focus ST. With a high flow 60mm core intercooler, air ram scoop, and 2.5″ pipework, this upgrade is ideal for cars running 300-400bhp.
To ensure optimal performance during extended periods of hard driving, we have modified our popular Stage 1 Focus RS intercooler to fit within the ST bumper. We have also included our 2.5″ Pro Hoses, which consist of an intercooler to inlet manifold connector and an intercooler to ST boost hose.
The AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler features a 60mm core that is twice as high and almost 100mm longer than the standard intercooler. This results in a significant increase in overall capacity and a 127% increase in frontal area, allowing for improved air flow. The high-flow end tanks and air diverter scoop ensure that flow is directed correctly and efficiently, providing greater efficiency and volume over the standard intercooler.
In addition, the included 2.5″ hard boost pipe upgrade replaces the OEM 2″ pipework, reducing restriction and improving flow. This upgrade has been proven to increase power, with back-to-back dyno testing showing a substantial 11.8bhp and 9lb ft of torque gain simply by fitting the new pipework.

Please note: Pipework is only available in Pro-Series Black.
Important Note: The Pre-facelift ST has a different radiator compared to the facelift & RS models. This may cause the left-hand cold side silicone hose to be tight against the radiator cradle. We recommend a simple adjustment by removing the radiator cradle bolt, levering the cradle to the right, re-drilling a new hole, and then replacing the bolt. If necessary, fitting an RS radiator can provide extra clearance for the bigger 2.5″ cold side hose.

0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
