AIRTEC Motorsport Stage 2 Intercooler Kit for Ford Fiesta ST-200
The AIRTEC Motorsport Stage 2 Intercooler Kit is designed for track or fast road use and is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM intercooler. It offers a massive increase in overall capacity and frontal area over the standard intercooler, allowing it to make the most of the air flow provided.
The mid-range intercooler’s size and performance have been increased within the limited space behind the bumper based upon a core design that is much taller. Together with high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks, the intercooler offers much greater efficiency and volume over standard.
The comprehensive kit comes in a high-quality powder-coated black finish and attaches to the original boost pipes and clips. It includes all fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed fitting instructions.

The Stage 2 Intercooler Kit has been tested on track and offers notably better gains compared to the Stage 1 thanks to its much bigger core. However, it cannot match the Stage 3’s ability.

Airtec's Warranty Policy
- All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, Finished colour/aesthetic appearance of the product or if the product has been exposed to the use of any Traffic Film Remover or alternative acidic cleaner (commonly used in hand car washes), negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier’s approval.
- If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier in writing via email within 7 working days. (Please note that this is 48hrs for our business customers)
- If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing via email, as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.
- The Supplier is under no right to refund defected items, if a suitable replacement is available.

Stock at Progressive Parts
Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information. We highly advise against booking installation/workshop time or engaging in preparatory work until you've received and inspected the goods.
What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
