AIRTEC Motorsport Uprated Front Mount Intercooler Kit
Developed at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’re proud to introduce our high-performance front mount intercooler kit designed for EA888 Gen 4 platform owners seeking superior cooling efficiency, power, and performance for both track and fast road use.
The kit features a high-quality powder coated black finish and includes new Pro Hoses silicone boost pipes. It is a direct replacement for the original intercooler and comes with all necessary fixtures, fittings, and detailed fitting instructions.
The Design
Building on the success of our EA888 Gen 3 platform intercooler kit, which has been the go-to choice for big power builds over the past 7 years, we utilized our 16.4-litre capacity core from the Gen 3 platform and integrated it to better accommodate the air-con radiator. This resulted in an impressive 80% increase in overall capacity compared to the original intercooler, along with an increased frontal area to optimize airflow. The one-piece cast end tanks ensure efficient airflow in and out of the intercooler.

Airtec's Warranty Policy
- All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, Finished colour/aesthetic appearance of the product or if the product has been exposed to the use of any Traffic Film Remover or alternative acidic cleaner (commonly used in hand car washes), negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier’s approval.
- If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier in writing via email within 7 working days. (Please note that this is 48hrs for our business customers)
- If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing via email, as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.
- The Supplier is under no right to refund defected items, if a suitable replacement is available.

Stock at Progressive Parts

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.
