Forge Motorsport Turbo Inlet Adaptor for Hyundai i30N and Veloster N
The Forge Motorsport Turbo Inlet Adaptor is specifically designed for the Hyundai i30N and Veloster N with 4″ intakes. This high-quality billet turbo adaptor and high flow silicone inlet pipe are engineered to enhance your engine’s performance. It addresses the restrictive aluminum inlet pipe found in stage 1 and 2 tuned vehicles, providing significant gains in horsepower and torque.
When paired with Forge Motorsport’s 4″ intake and high-performance filter, the turbo adaptor alone delivers a noticeable increase of 10BHP. The power is felt from just above 3000 RPM and maintains a consistent pull all the way to the rev limiter. The design of the turbo adaptor, similar to a conventional velocity stack, allows for more direct airflow into the turbocharger, resulting in improved compression and increased capacity.
Testing was conducted on a Maha independent dyno, known for supplying BMW M Sport and Mercedes Benz for engine calibration and dyno testing. The Forge turbo inlet adaptor and high flow inlet pipe have a capacity of over 150% compared to the stock item, providing not only enhanced performance but also a slight change in engine acoustics.
Installation of the Forge Motorsport Turbo Inlet Adaptor is straightforward and typically takes around 45 minutes. It comes with comprehensive installation instructions. The adaptor is manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminum and features a black anodized finish for ultimate protection and durability. The kit includes hoses with an inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Progressive Parts offers fitting services for this product at our performance workshop. The Forge Motorsport Turbo Inlet Adaptor is made in the UK and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Forge Motorsport are one of the largest manufacturers of aftermarket turbo accessories, bringing cutting edge design and the highest quality to our product line, we strive every day to bring excellence to our customers. Sometimes, things can go wrong and we want YOU the customer to know you will be looked after beyond any level of customer service you have ever experienced before. With that in mind, the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty covers only products that have been purchased directly from us, or one of our authorised distributors/dealers.
If your Forge product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing issue or defect, we will repair or replace, at no charge to the customer at our discretion. This service will only be carried out IF the Forge product is still in its original unchanged design condition and the item/product has not been modified or changed in anyway. The Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty will not cover any damage or failure caused by; improper or incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, the normal degradation of material over time, finished colour/aesthetic appearance of the product or if the product has been exposed to the use of any Traffic Film Remover or alternative acidic cleaner (commonly used in hand car washes).
The warranty will also be invalid if the Forge product has not been fitted to correct applications that it was designed for. Any damage to Forge products that occur outside of the warranty can be sent in for evaluation and a quotation to repair or replace said product along with a return shipping fee. The Forge products that are covered by our (Limited) Lifetime Warranty are to the original purchaser or owner of the Forge item for the lifetime of that said product only. The warranty policy is NOT TRANSFEREABLE However given the quality of the product that Forge manufacture we are confident of great longevity of your “Engineered for Performance” Forge part.
The Forge range of carbon fibre products are manufactured to the highest standards utilising the absolute best materials available. However, in certain applications and in areas of extreme temperature, this can lead to discolouration or fading (yellowing) of the carbon fibre. Unfortunately due to this harsh and extreme environment, your Forge carbon fibre is not warrantied for that eventuality. For the Hyundai engine cover applications, we would recommend considering this modification solely for show use, as it will discolour from heat due to the location of the turbo charger. All other aspects of your carbon fibre products are covered by our warranty process.

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.

Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
