Forge Motorsport Intercooler for Suzuki Swift Sport
The Forge Motorsport Intercooler is a high-performance product designed to enhance the performance of your Suzuki Swift Sport. It is designed to fit directly to the OEM mounting points, making installation quick and easy.
Forge Motorsport technicians have maximized the core size within the available space, using their industry-leading bar and plate design with curved end tanks. This design improves airflow and keeps pressure drop to less than 1 PSI. The intercooler is far superior to the OE intercooler, as it has been created using Solidworks CAD and flow simulations.
The core and end tanks are available in raw silver aluminum or with a black textured anti-corrosion coating, providing both durability and a sleek appearance.
The Forge intercooler features a 10-row bar and plate core, which has over 75% more volume and increased front surface area by more than 25% compared to the OE cooler. This makes it the largest intercooler currently available on the market.
One of the key advantages of the Forge intercooler is that it is suitable for fitting with Suzuki’s active cruise control (ACC) and brake assist module without any modification.
Testing has shown impressive results, with the Forge intercooler consistently providing lower inlet air temperatures compared to the OE intercooler. In one test, the Forge intercooler recorded an intake temperature of 20°C after multiple dyno pulls, while the OE intercooler reached 32°C after just one pull. This demonstrates the inefficiency of the stock intercooler, especially in warmer climates where higher inlet air temperatures can lead to power loss and engine issues.
By swapping the intercooler with the Forge Motorsport version, you can expect gains of nearly 9BHP and improved torque throughout the rev range. When combined with Forge’s stage one tune and high flow cold air induction kit, the Suzuki Swift Sport can achieve an impressive 178bhp and 275lbft of torque.

Forge Motorsport are one of the largest manufacturers of aftermarket turbo accessories, bringing cutting edge design and the highest quality to our product line, we strive every day to bring excellence to our customers. Sometimes, things can go wrong and we want YOU the customer to know you will be looked after beyond any level of customer service you have ever experienced before. With that in mind, the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty covers only products that have been purchased directly from us, or one of our authorised distributors/dealers.
If your Forge product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing issue or defect, we will repair or replace, at no charge to the customer at our discretion. This service will only be carried out IF the Forge product is still in its original unchanged design condition and the item/product has not been modified or changed in anyway. The Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty will not cover any damage or failure caused by; improper or incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, the normal degradation of material over time, finished colour/aesthetic appearance of the product or if the product has been exposed to the use of any Traffic Film Remover or alternative acidic cleaner (commonly used in hand car washes).
The warranty will also be invalid if the Forge product has not been fitted to correct applications that it was designed for. Any damage to Forge products that occur outside of the warranty can be sent in for evaluation and a quotation to repair or replace said product along with a return shipping fee. The Forge products that are covered by our (Limited) Lifetime Warranty are to the original purchaser or owner of the Forge item for the lifetime of that said product only. The warranty policy is NOT TRANSFEREABLE However given the quality of the product that Forge manufacture we are confident of great longevity of your “Engineered for Performance” Forge part.
The Forge range of carbon fibre products are manufactured to the highest standards utilising the absolute best materials available. However, in certain applications and in areas of extreme temperature, this can lead to discolouration or fading (yellowing) of the carbon fibre. Unfortunately due to this harsh and extreme environment, your Forge carbon fibre is not warrantied for that eventuality. For the Hyundai engine cover applications, we would recommend considering this modification solely for show use, as it will discolour from heat due to the location of the turbo charger. All other aspects of your carbon fibre products are covered by our warranty process.

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.
OUT OF STOCK in red. This product is unavailable to order, for whatever reason we're unable to obtain stock or there is an issue with supply/lead times.

Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
