Forge Motorsport Hi Flow Intake System for Suzuki Swift Sport
The Forge Motorsport Hi Flow Intake System is specifically designed for RHD Suzuki Swift Sport vehicles. It is not compatible with LHD versions. The intake system is designed to achieve three main objectives: increase power and torque output, improve the sound characteristics of the engine note, and improve the visual impact of the engine bay.
The original air box location is susceptible to heat soak due to its placement above the radiator. The Forge cold air intake system relocates the air filter/airbox to draw air from within the Suzuki Swift’s front bumper, keeping intake temperatures extra cool in any climate. The carbon fibre canister filters provided by Pipercross worked the best during testing. The kit’s pipe work runs around the cold side of the engine and away from the engine’s turbo manifold to keep intake temperatures as low as possible. The Forge High Flow airbox produced an impressive increase of over 8BHP at 5500RPM and a gain of torque throughout the entire rev range on independent dyno testing.
The kit introduces some excitement to the driving experience with a subtle yet characterful induction roar when on harder acceleration. The kit comes complete with everything needed for installation, including a set of full-colour instructions. Installation can be carried out in around 40 minutes.
You will be very happy with the visual impact of the kit upon opening the bonnet. Every part of the kit from the handmade aluminium hard pipe to the bespoke silicone hose and the carbon fibre filter both look and feel high quality. Fitting of the part is available at our performance workshop at Progressive Parts.
Note: When fitting the filter to its counterpart, please ensure you do not over tighten the hose clamp connecting them. Doing so could result in the part being crushed, leading to fitment and/or performance issues. The recommended torque setting for this hose clamp is 2-2.4Nm.

Forge Motorsport are one of the largest manufacturers of aftermarket turbo accessories, bringing cutting edge design and the highest quality to our product line, we strive every day to bring excellence to our customers. Sometimes, things can go wrong and we want YOU the customer to know you will be looked after beyond any level of customer service you have ever experienced before. With that in mind, the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty covers only products that have been purchased directly from us, or one of our authorised distributors/dealers.
If your Forge product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing issue or defect, we will repair or replace, at no charge to the customer at our discretion. This service will only be carried out IF the Forge product is still in its original unchanged design condition and the item/product has not been modified or changed in anyway. The Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty will not cover any damage or failure caused by; improper or incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, the normal degradation of material over time, finished colour/aesthetic appearance of the product or if the product has been exposed to the use of any Traffic Film Remover or alternative acidic cleaner (commonly used in hand car washes).
The warranty will also be invalid if the Forge product has not been fitted to correct applications that it was designed for. Any damage to Forge products that occur outside of the warranty can be sent in for evaluation and a quotation to repair or replace said product along with a return shipping fee. The Forge products that are covered by our (Limited) Lifetime Warranty are to the original purchaser or owner of the Forge item for the lifetime of that said product only. The warranty policy is NOT TRANSFEREABLE However given the quality of the product that Forge manufacture we are confident of great longevity of your “Engineered for Performance” Forge part.
The Forge range of carbon fibre products are manufactured to the highest standards utilising the absolute best materials available. However, in certain applications and in areas of extreme temperature, this can lead to discolouration or fading (yellowing) of the carbon fibre. Unfortunately due to this harsh and extreme environment, your Forge carbon fibre is not warrantied for that eventuality. For the Hyundai engine cover applications, we would recommend considering this modification solely for show use, as it will discolour from heat due to the location of the turbo charger. All other aspects of your carbon fibre products are covered by our warranty process.

What do our stock statuses mean?
1+ IN STOCK in green stock is readily available in one of our warehouses for express delivery (at the time of viewing).
LOW STOCK in green means we're running low! 1 or 2 left on the shelf so act fast. Over evenings, weekends and bank holidays this stock can move quickly so please bear this in mind.
0 IN STOCK in blue means our primary warehouse does not have unallocated stock, but our UK partners do. Often these can be shipped quickly and efficiently. You'll be notified via the Track My Order page if further delays are unavoidable.
MADE TO ORDER in blue means we've partnered with a supplier which primarily makes their products to order. It's not on our shelf, but your order goes into production immediately.
0 IN STOCK in orange means everybody we work with is unfortunately out of stock. Stock is not available in the UK. The best course of action is to place an order to create an allocation from the next batch arriving.

Type approval ensures that an aftermarket component will reach, or exceed the performance standard of the corresponding OE part.
Type-approval then, is a certain guarantee that an end user will receive a product of OE equivalent performance attributes.
